Role of the Young Ambassador.

The WPCS Young Ambassador acts as an ambassador for the Welsh Breeds and the Society, to promote its charitable aims and encourage participation of children and young people. Additionally, the Young ambassador represents existing young members through the U.K., and overseas, providing them with a voice and a link between the Associations, Trustees and Society.

Being appointed WPCS Young Ambassador is an honour that provides a rewarding and exciting role as well as providing an excellent opportunity for personal educational development.

Candidates must be aged between 18 and 25 years old. The closing date for receipt of applications for Young Ambassador Elect 2026/27 is midnight on 29th August 2025, and the deadline will be strictly adhered to in order to allow interviews to be conducted.
