New ways to pay for services with the WPCS.

Following our transfer to Xero we are now looking to streamline the processes within the office and make things easier for both the staff and also the customer.

We will now be issuing invoices for registrations, duplicates, transfers, etc. that are received into the office without payment. This will mean our customers who have an email address lodged with the Society or have provided an email address on the forms will receive an email directly from the WPCS that will look similar to the below. This will allow you to pay for the service(s) at a convenient time for yourself and our system will then deal with everything this side to mark it as paid.

You will be able to identify a genuine email from the Society as it will include a copy of the invoice which will detail the name(s) of the equines that you have submitted into the WPCS office as part of the application for registrations, duplicates, transfers, etc.

If you are concerned if an invoice is genuine please always contact us via email or telephone before making payments or links that you may be concerned about. We can then advise whether an invoice you have been sent is genuine or not.
