Mrs Gilly Thomson - Penhasset Stud

The Society has been contacted by the family and friends of Mrs Gilly Thomson to announce her passing.

Gilly joined the Society in 1978. Establishing her Penhasset stud of Welsh Mountain ponies in Suffolk based on Vanog and Revel lines She bred some twenty seven animals in total all Section A’s bar one   She served on Council as a Trustee for some years and was resolute in her beliefs. The Society extends its sympathy to her friends and family.

The funeral service in her memory will take place on Tuesday 16th May at 12pm at:

Gilly's request is for everyone to wear vibrant colours, where possible, on the day.

No flowers or donations, but if you would like to remember Gilly, her wish is that you plant a shrub or a tree in her memory.
