Gillian Oldham of the Hollytree Stud

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Gillian Oldham after a long illness on 26th June 2025.

She was a lifelong member of 61 years of the WPCS, breeding Section A’s, B’s, W/PB’s and even D’s over her lifetime. A respected judge over the decades she was on the panel, only retiring from judging the following year after she officiated the Section A’s at the Royal Welsh in 2013.

If you wish to join us, the funeral will be on Monday 14th July 1.30pm at Preston Crematorium, Longridge Road, Preston, Lancashire PR2 5BY, and afterwards at The Ribchester Arms, Blackburn Road, Ribchester, Preston PR3 3ZQ.
