2023 Spring Mailing

Please don’t get too excited but the 2023 WPCS Journal, Newsletter and Voting paper is almost on its way to you in the Spring Mailing. This will be sent to all who are current fully paid-up members on mailing day .

Every year the Society receives calls from members who say they have not received their membership cards, when in fact they have.

When you receive your Spring Mailing package then you will have received your membership card. This is embedded in the address label in the clear plastic envelope. This also notes your Membership number and your Online password. Please look for this as indicated by the red arrow in this photograph.

Your Membership Number and Password enable you to use the Society’s Online Pedigree service on the WPCS website. This is also where you enter for the Society’s Official Sales.

If you need help on how to use the Online Pedigree Service or indeed to enter the Official sales in the Spring or Autumn please contact the Society Office and a member of staff will be happy to help you.
