Derwen Stud Aberaeron opens its doors for 'Foaling Around' event in aid of Royal Welsh 'Sioe'r Cardis 2010 Appeal' On Sunday afternoon at 2pm, Ifor, Myfanwy and Dyfed Lloyd of the Derwen Stud near Aberaeron are convening an Open afternoon to show their welsh cob foals. Cost of entry will be £5 with children under 16 free. They will show their 2009 weaned foals. The President for the afternoon will be well known artist and cob enthusiast, Mr Meirion Jones of Cardigan. This 'Foaling around' event will take place at the Derwen Stud at 2pm on Sunday next, 8th November 2009. Ifor Lloyd said 'We are pleased to organise this open afternnon commencing at 2pm next Sunday where Welsh Cob enthusiasts can view our foals and help to raise funds for the Ceredigion Sioe'r Cardis Appeal 2010' |
